Prime front line, corner location within the Mahon industrial estate which is on the main road only one kilometre from the city centre, with parking facilities. Expansion potential is almost limitless, as we have the franchise for the whole island. We are coming towards the end of our third year in the business and have worked very hard to raise its profile on the island. We have achieved this and the company is now a recognised and respected name.

Competition / Market:

There are a few alternative filter systems in the market place, but none of them pose a threat, as we are the only company to offer full service and maintenance of all our systems. Bottled water is obviously our main threat, but the recent bad publicity towards the bottled water market has strengthened our position.

Support & training:

Full training would be given by the current owners. Should any interested parties be looking purely for an investment opportunity, either or both of the current owners would be willing to run the business on an employee basis.
