operating in the UK for the past 11 years, being reacquired by
Swisher International in July 2007, and has become a highly
respected franchisor within the franchise industry.

TRAINING & SUPPORT
Franchisee Training - From the start you will
receive thorough, professional training on all aspects of the
business to get you off to a fast start. Plus, there is ongoing
training as your business grows or as new
management programmes are introduced.
Sales & Marketing – Our professional,
branded sales and marketing tools give you an edge when it comes to
customer acquisition and retention. We hold sales meetings, both
regionally and nationally for the franchisees and their sales
staff.
Purchasing Support – We are in partnership
with world class vendors to ensure that the products and services
that we offer to our customers are of the highest quality and
standards possible and we can secure pricing that only a
centralised purchasing department can achieve.
Operational Support – We have implemented a
programme that gives all of our franchisees the opportunity to
utilise the knowledge and experience of a company that has been in
operation worldwide for 25 years. You will be in business for
yourself, but management will not have to be by
yourself.
COSTS & FINANCE
A typical Swisher franchise costs £30,000 +
VAT. The total investment required will be approximately
£50,000 - £80,000 (which includes the franchise fee, the
set-up costs and running costs for the first 2 years). You will
need your own personal liquid capital of £25,000, and the
banks, subject to status, will lend up to 70% of the total
amount.
Your initial investment will differ depending on territory size,
your business plan and your current financial
situation.

Swisher currently have cleaning management
franchise opportunities available in the Midlands, London and
North East areas, but please do not hesitate to ask if you are
