Mediterranean areas, predominantly villa exteriors are initially
painted with a locally sourced paint which lasts two or three years
and it has no protection against the heavy rains that occur
throughout the Mediterranean at certain times of the
year.

The business has three types of opportunities
available and these can be detailed in more depth with the

Essentially, in brief, the first and most popular
one is the applicating only. Throughout our network of
offices are highly qualified marketing and sales personnel, who
generate many contracts which require installers to fulfil.
The company supplies all the materials, the only obligation of the
applicator is to ensure that the product is installed in the
correct way and to specification. You receive a percentage of
every contract of which is paid on successful completion of the
contract. There is no delay in waiting for payment and all
the work is supplied throughout the year. For your one off
investment, a substantial sign written vehicle is included, the
specialised equipment is supplied of which becomes your property,
full training on site with existing established applicators and we
also help you to find accommodation whether to rent or buy.
We open bank accounts and help you to be fiscally established in
the area where you are living, it is a whole turn key new way of
life in the sun.
Also, we have operators in the group who do all
their own applicating but also get involved in passively marketing
the product in their area. How this is accomplished will be
explained in full detail should you wish to enquire about this
particular opportunity. It does mean you could substantially
increase your earning potential.
Finally, there is a marketing only opportunity
where an individual may not want to get his “hands
dirty” and do no applicating or installing whatsoever.
They run the marketing side of the business, generating leads,
closing the orders and then passing the contracts on to installers
in their area. Once again, without going into too much
detail, they receive 90% of all the proceeds and the company
receives a 10% royalty.
