The factory has been established in February, 2003 by the owning Company “MEBEX” OOD for the preparation, production and finishing of furniture ?? massive timber, chipboards and other materials, as well as polishing and finishing of ready items. The technological process encompasses the following: storage, machine processing of massive timber items, machine processing of laminated or veneered boards, assembling section, inspection, staining and varnishing, final fitting and packaging. All technological processes in the factory meet the European standards; the machines are new, last-generation, in compliance with safety and environmental protection regulations, acquired in the period 2003 – 2007. The machines and equipment utilized in the technological process are mainly: driers, drying-rooms, painting premises, compressors, cutting machines, band-belt-saw, grinding machines for drawers, multifunctional centre for wood-processing, edge machine, punching press, motor knife and many other instruments, accessories and machines engaged in the production process. All machines are new with high productivity, made in Great Britain and Italy.
