This very popular real estate publication was established in 2003 by two real estate industry professionals. The publication is created by a contract Graphic Artist in BC and then printed in the USA. The publication is then distributed throughout the Greater Vancouver Area by independent contractors. All of this allows a first class publication to be created, printed and distributed with minimal staff.
This magazine is regarded to be the premier monthly real estate publication in the region and is utilized by major real estate firms and agents throughout the Greater Vancouver Area to expose their high end real estate listings in a 4-colour, high gloss format.
The current monthly pressrun is between 33,000 – 37,000 issues. The primary distribution channel is through 300 strategically placed street side publication boxes. They are also distributed inside banks, retail stores, cafes and in restaurants. This results in an extremely good “pick up rate” of approximately 95%.
There are both vertical and horizontal opportunities for increasing revenues for this publication, many of which can be implemented without additional capital investments.
