Business description

The Mineral Bottling Company was established through a green field investment in Y2004.
It is strategically located in North-east Bulgaria.
The Company holds concession right on the water source until year 2015, which could be prolonged.
The allowed capacity of the concession is 10 lt./sec.
The Company has a two Registered Trade mark (one for the mineral water and one for a soft drink), as well as registered design of the bottle.
The company has adopted the HACCP standards and has been certified under the standard ISO 22000:2006.
Major Bulgarian Holding Company is the major shareholder: 90% of the shares and 2 Bulgarian physical persons hold respectively 6 % and 4% of the shares.
Two production lines are installed for mineral water of 0,5 lt., 1,5 lt., 5lt., 10 lt. and 19 lt. of still natural mineral water.
Currently 9 key employees are working at the plant which has downsized its activities, as a result of the divest intentions of the major shareholder.
