As you can see from the photographs on the website this is a very pretty Finca style hotel. All the rooms have private balconies overlooking the pool and gardens and with mountain views. Moraira is an upmarket town. It is such an easy walk that a lot of our guests do not feel the need to have a hire car. We are in a very quiet area of the town of Moraira, there is no main road noise and we are just 5 minutes walk from the beautiful local beaches. We are the only hotel in the town that has its own pool and gardens and ample parking. The orientation of the hotel means that we have sun at all times, winter and summer. 8 of our rooms have easy access for the disabled as does the restaurant and bar which is equipped with a disabled WC.

The hotel is currently run under management with good and reliable staff that have been with us for many years in particular the housekeeping and reception staff. Efficiency and cleanliness are our most important priorities. The hotel is maintained to very high standards. The staff may or may not be retained should you require. Because of this the hotel is very easy to run under management but there is also the opportunity for new owners to be more ‘hands-on’ and maximise profits.

We have a good return client base and all of our guests tend to be middle to upper end of the market and there are opportunities to expand this client base via booking agents which is a market that we have not explored fully. For the last 5 years we have had a steady 65% occupancy. We also have rental agreements with 3, 2 or 3 bed town houses next to the hotel for extra accommodation in our busy periods.

The Hotel has a restaurant/lounge bar which is currently leased on a secure lease of €30,000 per annum and the lease specifies that hotel clients are given preferential treatment. Also, in partnership with the restaurant, we undertake a good deal of large parties, for weddings, anniversaries, retirements, etc and we often fill the hotel and the restaurant with these clients. We have held ceremonies in the restaurant and by the pool.
