There is the potential to open for breakfast and lunch, plus the functions bar could be used as another bar. Options could include running the bar as it is currently, or alterantively extend the opening hours. Our licence enables us to be open from 8am - 3am 7 days per week.

Competition / Market:

In the inner harbour there is a restaurant which has been operating for approximately 10 years and caters for breakfast, lunch and evening dining. In addition there is a fishing club close by which provides pub meals and a new bar / restaurant also in close proximity which targets a younger clientele later in the evening. We have been operating very successfully for four years with the surrounding competition.
