A well established, easy to run ‘Tourist Guides Publication Business’ with supporting ‘Websites’ currently earning around 25,000€ net to the owner from just 4/5 months work pa. Ideal part time business run ‘as is’ but with enormous scope to expand into a substantial business.

The business is currently run by a couple working from home with three tourist guides (each published once yearly) and 3 websites covering the main north coast resorts.

The first publication was introduced 15 years ago, with the second 8 years ago – both tourist guides in a booklet form with useful info, street maps and tips on what to see, where to visit or dine (the advertisers). The owners have this year introduced a third publication, which although it is early days, is proving a success.

The 3 websites were introduced to work alongside the guides, the most recent currently offering free advertising to the guide customers with options to start charging or to accept new independent adverts as on the other websites.
