Iron Art is a family run business and has been
trading on the Costa Blanca since 1987.
Originally the company specialised in
manufacturing wrought iron products such as Security Grills, having
been taken over by the current owners five years ago the business
has moved forward significantly and now manufactures an extensive
range of products from Grill to Gazebos in fact just about every
type of bespoke wrought iron product: Gates, Railings, Staircases
and make special requests to order. The company mottos is,
‘Your designs made to order’.
All products are manufactured by our own skilled
workforce and are tailor made for our customers needs. We offer
competitive prices and an excellent service from start to
finish.
Iron art factory outlets is a Sister
company that sells an exiting range of Quality Patio and garden
furniture that are sourced worldwide and retailed at discount
prices. The company has a highly visible presence and can be seen
at many of the local markets along the Costa Blanca or our factory
and showroom in Quesada.
The company has an existing successful franchised
factory outlet in Almeria and now seeks to open additional
franchised factory outlets throughout Spain.
In addition to the factory outlet franchise
opportunities also exist for Surveyor/installers of the
company’s bespoke wrought ironwork products. These
franchisees work closely with factory outlet franchisees following
up leads created by the factory outlets.
The franchise fee for the factory outlet
includes a comprehensive range of display stock to the cost value
of €20,000 and full support will be provided in locating
suitable premises.
Within the surveyor/installer franchise fee,
there is included all tools and equipment required for the running
of the business.
