Video Library To Aid Franchise Recruitment

Franchisors now have the opportunity use an online video service to support their future recruitment campaigns.

FranchiseSales.com announced it has launched what it claims is the first online video library system in the UK franchise market aimed at helping franchisors recruit quality franchisees.

The service will enable franchisors to add their company’s video to a library of franchise opportunities, which are read by potential recruits.

“The lines of division in media between the internet, TV broadcasting and publishing are blurring,” said Tony de Vizio, director at Dynamis, the online publishing group that runs FranchiseSales.com.

“Therefore, organisations need to use a variety of media to capture customers over the web.”

FranchiseSales.com launched the scheme following research in which it found that nearly three-quarters of all leading franchisors claimed that online video will play a critical role in their future recruitment campaigns.

Of those franchisors, however, just 15% said their videos are currently available online.

Franchisors that have signed on to the service to date include auto-repair specialists Chips Away; sign franchise Fast Signs and Cash Generator.
